分厚いホットケーキレシピ｜Japanese Pancake Recipe

「材料」
薄力粉 150g
砂糖 40g
べーキングパウダー 8g（小さじ2）　
塩 0.75g（小さじ1/8）
たまご 1個
牛乳 130g
バター 5g
バター・メイプルシロップ適量
※ケーキリング　90×40

「作り方」
１、ボールに薄力粉、砂糖、べーキングパウダー、塩を入れ混ぜる。
２、別の容器でたまごと牛乳を入れ混ぜる。
３、1に2を加え混ぜ合わせる。
４、ホットプレートを100℃に温め、バターを引く。
５、ケーキリングに生地を入れ、蓋をして4分焼く。
６、ひっくり返し、蓋をして3分焼く。
７、バターを乗せ、メイプルシロップをかければ、出来上がり。

「Ingredients」
150g Cake flour
40g Sugar
8g Baking powder (2 tsp)
0.75g Salt (1/8 tsp)
1 Egg
130g Milk
5g Butter
A good amount of butter maple syrup
※Cake ring 90 × 40

「How to make」
1. Put cake flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix.
2. Mix egg and milk in another container.
3. Add ② to ① and mix.
4. Warm the hot plate to 100 ℃ and spread the butter.
5. Put the dough in the cake ring, cover and bake for 4 minutes.
6. Turn over, cover and bake for 3 minutes.
7. Put butter on top and sprinkle with maple syrup to complete.
